Well, we kept telling the universe "Just Let Us Make It To Aquarius." Damn, that universe listens and is timely.
Induction will start within....an hour or so? I'm scared to death of the induction because I've just not heard too many encouraging stories of being induced while still not dilated and having the vaginal birth outcome successful.
Nevertheless, these twins are vertex/vertex for a reason so I am going to give it my best shot.
I have the option to say STOP and go to a C-section anytime I want.
Someone's coming to give me an IV now and move me to Labor and Delivery. It's been quite the morning.
I'm in SHOCK. Chicken is on her way here. We are having babies....today? Soon!
I need to go find my ZEN place, it seems to have disappeared.
xoxo,
Almost Mama Pufferfish
good luck!! my partner was induced when not dilated at all and had an amazing vaginal birth. i had an amazing c-section birth (scheduled well in advance). either way you go, those babies safe arrival at the end will make the process of them getting here seem totally insignificant. sending you lots of peace and strength on this final leg of your journey to meet your babes!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Good luck! It'll be however it needs to be to get those babies out happy & healthy. Soon you'll be holding those little fishies in your arms, not your belly!
ReplyDeleteHooray!!
Can't wait till you post that the babies have arrived. I hope the induction goes well, but it really won't matter either way once you have 2 sweet, snugly babies in your arms.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! hope the induction goes smoothly!
