When BFing Goes Too Far....

Ah Strange But True! Well, cows ARE sacred in India....

Chouthi Bai breastfeeds her twenty-day-old pet calf in her residence at Kilchu village, near Bikaner, in the desert Indian state of Rajasthan August 21, 2010. Bai has become an attraction in Kilchu village and receives many visitors curious to see her caring for her pet.

seriously- that made my day. Gave me a great laugh. Shows where the phrase of feeling like a cow comes from...

Isn't it interesting that we feel fine about nursing off of cows' milk our ENTIRE lives, but if a human tries to return the favor to a calf, we think it's crazy. Not to say I would want to do this, but then I don't do dairy.

I see strange, wtf, crazy, funny, and all sorts or damning here... but as SP put it in a nice way, we have been drinking cow milk for all our lives and that isn't strange !

Does any one care to answer, if eating a cow isn't strange, if f*****g a toy isn't strange, why nursing a motherless cow-baby appears so stupid and strange to us ? If we can lick and kiss our dogs and cats.. why loving a cow is so taboo ?

Why do you fail to see the love the beauty here ? Or humanity applies only to humans ?
